The room had everything we needed and the location is great; walking distance to all the sights and lots of nice bars nearby. The communication was also very good. We had a few minor niggles with the hotel; the bathroom had a bad sewage smell, only one towel hook, and the main door is glass that is covered by a curtain - this meant the light in the corridor outside our room shone through the door, making it quite bright in the room at night. Not major issues but could easily be improved!

The rooms were very good and clean with minor shower drain issue at the time of the visit. The staff at reception (Parisa) was friendly and very helpful, available to answer our whatsapp messages even outside her shift hours. Location is very good, steps to the piazza di Spagna and many other attractions were just a walk away. Located on a dining strip so expect some minor noises in the morning from restaurants preparing to open.
