Cannot say enough about wonderful service
The hotel has a great location, near Termini, but on a quiet side street. Comfortable room. Most appreciated was the service I received. While walking around Rome, I tripped, fell, and needed medical treatment. The desk manager identified the nearest hospital emergency room and got me in a cab—and, since I was still bleeding, he convinced the taxi driver to take the fare. I am very grateful.

This is a few blocks away from Roma Termini which makes it very convenient when arriving in Rome from the airport via train or bus. Also very convenient and not far from major attractions and various restaurants. The hotel is tight and small but clean and modern. However, if you have to use the heater or the air conditioner, the noise from the unit is very loud and disturbing. The noise from the A/C unit will keep anyoen awake at night as it goes on and off.
