Property as marketed. Heavens of heavens. I stayed there to celebrate my anniversary and they did a fantastic job to make my stay wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Once you’re tired of all major activities near Phuket , you can come here and relax for few nights. Cliff Pool Villa was great and try to find a unit with full ocean view or you may get distracted by a tree . Nevertheless still a great view. Food in the restaurant a tad bit expensive but totally worth it. I’d stay...

Stayed as a family for 5 nights. The villas a big, clean and have all amenities you'd need. The service from the staff was probably the best we'd ever experienced in our lives - they were simply amazing. On arrival the fridge was stocked with about 50 cans of drinks, juices and milk for kids, bread for toast and water bottle relished each day. The villas are up a long steep driveway so I'd recommend a car but you can also use grab for transport and food delivery. Villas are a 10min walk...

1) What struck me most was the level of service provided. Some examples of how the hotel staff impressed me was: always on hand to offer help, especially with ferrying us around the resort; took the initiative to offer to arrange our transport back to the airport. 2) My room (pool villa) was large, clean, comfortable and well furnished. Very nice traditional villa with 3 bedrooms and an outstanding view over the Kamala Beach. We really enjoy the terrace, the space inside the villa, the view, the traditional decoration. Some area to improve: give more than one key (not easy to organize 5/6 people, and you take it off, the fridge does not have any more electricity), they check the mini bar every day instead of the end of the staying as the other hotels, the bedroom doors can get locked and no key to open it from outside ... But...
