Nice host, place is new. Value for money for a night to stay.

A place where tranquillity n peace gathered together. Really a quiet n relax place.

Friendly and helpful staff, ability to speak English was a great bonus. The lobby and guest communal area was spacious and very well maintained. I think the no-shoes policy helps. Guests are provided with slippers to wear before entering the hostel. We stayed in the twin room with private bathroom and it was clean and well maintained. Mattresses and pillows are rather soft but still comfortable for a good night sleep. But space inside the room is quite small so people with large suitcases may...

The service of the hotel is very good. The hotel provides free drinks and supper. The private onsen is free too.

Convenient. Great access to ski slopes.

The room was nice. lucky I got the ground level. Those got the second level will have to carry their luggage up the stairway.

Went in the summer and got a family rooms with 4 beds. Sufficent space for 2 adults and 2 young kids. Awesome breakfast. Though the spread was the same throughout our 3 days stay. The marinated diced sashimi rice was my daily fuel. Hotel parking (located next to the hotel) is limited and we had to park in one of the affiliated carparks for one of the nights. Excellent buffet dinner, clean room nice Onsen facility. Free parking.

During my stay I have left my hp in the room and managed to called hotel only when I reached Otaru, art hotel staff are very helpful and help to mail back the hp to our next hotel in Sapporo. Hotel buffet also very great. Only need to mentioned that about reservation side, under this hotel group have accummulate stamp for every certain amount spent and it can help to have rebate of 3,000yen but we only been noticed on our next stay and that hotel also cannot provide us the stamp even...

I liked the breakfast choices available , the excellent service of the staff during the breakfast service as well as the public bath. ( although it was not an onsen)
