Great view and staff attentiveness

The service of the hotel is very good. The hotel provides free drinks and supper. The private onsen is free too.

Friendly and helpful staff, ability to speak English was a great bonus. The lobby and guest communal area was spacious and very well maintained. I think the no-shoes policy helps. Guests are provided with slippers to wear before entering the hostel. We stayed in the twin room with private bathroom and it was clean and well maintained. Mattresses and pillows are rather soft but still comfortable for a good night sleep. But space inside the room is quite small so people with large suitcases may...

Small B&B with limited rooms. Nice location after one day visiting Furano, and planning to go Biei the next day.

amazing hotel, connected to huge Aeon Mall and huge multi storey car park. 500¥ for laundry (wash and dry) was a convenience provided. Room size could be bigger but i guess japan hotels are known for its size

We loved our stay! This was perhaps the most thoughtfully designed house I’ve stayed in. For example, a bathroom with a seat and grab bar (great for anyone sore after a long day, not just seniors); a compact drying rack that somehow fits a full load of laundry; subtle black-cat decor that adds a cute touch but doesn’t clash with the wooden farmhouse aesthetic. If you are driving and do not wish to be in the heart of the city where overnight parking is payable, the this is a suitable convenient place just 10 minutes from Jr station. Free parking and excellent soba noodles.
