I hate to leave a bad review because the employees seem nice and responsive but this is a travelers nightmare. When you’re traveling to an unknown city you want to stay in a place that is safe, clean, comfortable, and convenient. Unfortunately thats not what this company provided. When you book they dont tell you that its an apartment complex with actual residents all around you. The apartments are run down, you have to walk through a dark corridor to get to your apartment and the complex is located deep into what seems to be the worst area in the city. Not sure what the inside looks like because we never made it in. Obviously providing excellent service is not a priority because they put no thought into how a guest would feel staying in a place like this, especially when thats not your standard of living, not to mention the cost. I think its a great idea but it needs more thought, consideration, and work. Until then, please remove it from the list.
