The hotel was very nice & beautiful. Our rooms were clean. This stay was prompted by the snow warnings. We had attended a State Cheer Event next door & decided to not attempt our fate with the weather. I booked through the app & then went to the front desk. The staff was confused, didn't seem to understand our reservation, and eluded to not having a good experience since we booked with Hotels.com. That was very frustrating. Later, someone in our party went to the front desk to get toothbrushes & they were meet with a very cheerful staff member. Likewise, when I checked out, the staff was very cheerful.
