The hotel is very clean and Mustafa in the reception was very helpful. The location is good but it’s hard to reach the Taksim square on foot because of the uphill streets.

The hotel is very pleasant - for this price it’s a really good deal, and the location is close to the city center and many activities. The staff are wonderful and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside is that leaving the hotel on foot is a bit inconvenient, as you have to walk along the roadway. Also, it would be great if the café on the second floor could be open for guests, since it is currently closed to outsiders.

It was a great stay. Front desk was amIng and very respectful and professional. Housekeeper was also good. The only issue is that all the shops surrounding by the hotels are constantly drilling or hammering later in the night and all day as well.

Yastık yüzü nevresimler temiz değildi yastık yüzünde siyah siyah şeyler vardı böceğimsi banyonun gideri bozuktu sanırım su doldu taşacaktı telefon çalışmıyordu nevresimler için arayacağımızda kullanamadık oda temizliği çok kötü değildi ama bir daha kalmayız ayrıca park yeri yoktu arabayı koyacak yer bulamadık güvenilir bir dış ortamı da yoktu bu konuda yardımcı olmadılar sanırım sitede otopark imkanı var diyor ama kapı önünde sadece iki arabalık yer var orasıda sıkıntılıdır.

Ekonomik odada bir gece kaldım. Oda aşırı küçük , dolap bile yok. Televizyon var kumandası yok çünkü kumandayı koymaya yer yok. Komodin bile yoktu eşyaları asmak zorunda kaldım. Klima açılmıyor açılsa da ayarlanmıyor. Camda ise kilit vardı, odayı havalandırmak bile bir işkenceydi. Ekonomik oda aldığım için böyle şartlarda kalmayı düşünmemiştim.
