Craig was a great host. He met us and explained how everything in the unit worked which was helpful. The unit was in a great location for exploring Partick and Byers Rd. Lots of restaurants and shops. Short walk to subway station. Very modern appliances and lighting. Would highly recommend.

The accommodation provided by Urban Rest was exceptional. It was clean, spacious (especially for a studio in London!) with all the amenities you could want. We encountered a small issue on the second night of our stay, which was dealt with swiftly and professionally. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Having a washing machine after 5 weeks on the go was a total bonus.

We had a very pleasant stay overall! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed, even more than expected. Having both a washing machine and a dishwasher in the apartment was particularly convenient. The location was excellent, with plenty of cafés and supermarkets nearby. The underground station was just a two-minute walk away, making it very easy to explore London. We experienced an issue with the door during our stay, but the staff were helpful in resolving it. They also kindly sent us a gift basket as an apology, which was a thoughtful gesture. Thank you for that! The only downside was the cleaning policy. Housekeeping was available for an additional fee, while complimentary weekly cleaning was offered for extended stays booked directly through their website. Despite staying for an extended period, we couldn’t benefit from this because we booked through a third-party platform. I believe weekly or even ten-day cleaning should be included for all long-term guests, regardless of the booking platform. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property. Thank you for everything!
