Very clean and comfortable room. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and shower excellent. The crockery supplied was very useful, and the coffee machine provided in the reception area a good touch. It felt luxurious, curated, but not ostentatious a hotel. Would definitely return.

The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was the best I had slept in during my tour of the UK. The bathroom was luxurious and the products were in line with that assessment. The towels were plush and absorbent. The coffee service outside the room was convenient. Be prepared for stairs. And be prepared to ask other guests questions since staff are relatively obscure.

The hotel is super clean and really nicely decorated. Our room was quiet and cozy. The only thing that could be better was the lockers for storing luggage before/after check-in and check out. These lockers did not lock. When the lock said it was locked in the app it was easy to open the locker. I hope they will fix these or make a different system, perhaps with NFC padlocks or something alike.

The townhouse pictures are representative of the suite/room. The Leith neighbourhood is really charming and a quiet and relatively tourist free area. Easy short tram ride from Edinburgh city centre and tram connection to the airport.
