Don’t hesitate to book this hotel. The location was great, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff were the friendliest we’ve ever had. We stayed for one night before a cruise leaving from Istanbul. The room provided a comfortable place to recover from a long flight and plenty of restaurants were nearby on bustling Iskitlal. It was a short drive to the cruise port in the morning. Great place!

Konumu harika Taksim meydanına yakın, istiklal caddesine 2 dakika yürüme mesafesi. Oda temizdi, yataklar rahat ve yeni, mobilyalar genellikle yeni. TV de youtube vardı. geldiğimizde çay ikram edildi, odada su, çay buzdolabı mevcut. Çalışanlarla Uğur Bey hariç iletişimimiz yoktu. Ona teşekkür ediyoruz, sağolsun çok ilgilendi. 3 gün kaldık oda temizlenmedi çöp odada kalmıştı. Havlu ve çarşaf 3 günde bir değiştiriliyormuş. Tuvalet kağıdı bitmişti bırakılmadı. Belki de bizim söylememiz gerekiyordu ama kendin istemesen oda temizliğini, girmiyorlar odaya. O Kahvaltı taze ve yeterliydi. Kahvaltı tabağı gibi düşünün. Genel olarak memnun kaldık tavsiye ediyorum. Sadece tüm isteklerinizi dile getirin.

Schon vor dem Boarding nahm das Hotelpersonal Kontakt zu mir auf. Ich war aus mehreren Gründen zu spät und sie waren super aufmerksam. und während des gesamten Aufenthalts waren sie freundlich und machten mir immer klar, dass ich sie alles fragen könnte, was ich wollte. Darüber hinaus ist das Hotel, obwohl es mitten im Stadtzentrum liegt, super ruhig. Bin sehr zufrieden und kann es weiterempfehlen
