Trying to switch my payment method took me 3 days and 3 calls to the EVOLVE company and then Expedia. Evolve kept telling me they couldn’t do it and told me to contact Expedia who told me they couldn’t do it. I contacted the property manager and she told me she couldn’t help. Then the second day when I arrived back to the property the house was completely covered with plastic wrap and the painters were there and would not leave. I contacted the property manager and she contacted the owner who allowed the painter to go on while we were there so workers were alll over the property so we had zero privacy. It was ridiculous. I asked for a refund and nope. WiFi password that was in the directions didn’t work so we had to contact the property management again. There was a car parked in the garage that was the owners so we could not park there’. No TV in lower master bedroom either.
I would not stay here again.
