I stayed here for about a week and was so pleasantly surprised with how nice the hotel was. The location is excellent: only a 5-min walk from the Bosphorus, from restaurants and cafes, and from the Metro, Marmaray, and ferries. Plus there's a very nice grocery store literally next door. The room was very clean and had plenty* of space and storage, plus a desk and a mini-fridge. The hotel itself has a lot of public spaces that were lovely: a terrace, a large kitchen (very clean), a prayer room, and laundry facilities (500 liras to wash and dry one load - around $10). It was mostly quiet, although you could easily hear noise and people talking when they were around. The receptionists were always available and were able to help with everything I needed, including extending my stay and getting hotel transport (3300 liras to IST). The only thing to note is that the rate was considerably lower on hotels.com when I booked from Istanbul, as opposed to booking on the Frezya site from the U.S. So you may have to look around for a good rate. For the rate I got, I could not recommend this place enough!

I loved staying here, even extending my stay. I have multiple food sensitivities and it can be hard to find what I need. However the supermarket next door stocks Gluten-free bread, sugar free drinks and great fruit and veg( Turkiye has great fruit and veg anyway). The Hotel is very recent in opening and they must of worked hard on the sound proofing as it was relatively quiet. The area has so many food options, and the sight of the Bosphorous and the many Mosques around is a wonderful way to start and end the day. I slept well, and the staff are professional and welcoming. If cleaning staff could remember to top up water in fridge that would be great. Cleaning is carried out each day and they are thorough. There are some design oddities in the room like there should of been a space behind the work desk to slip the electric cord for the socket, which is underneath the table. Plus the constant flashing of a light from a plug in the room. But the room also has plenty of storage space so you don't feel cramped or that you have to live out of your suitcase. It was a very comfortable stay.

I love the concept and the idea of feeling safe as a woman, but the hotel doesn't have phones in the rooms which resulted in a lot of confusion/inconveniences. The first day a woman from another room had issues with her door and instead of her door being opened, my door began to lock and unlock automatically with a loud noise as if someone was trying to enter around 5 AM and continued for hours - the confusion easily would have been solved if there were phones in the rooms. The second similar incident happened when I asked for late checkout, the hotel owners or managers entered my room without knocking as I was getting dressed, and gave a lackluster apology. Again, with a better system and phones in the rooms, I think they would have known the room was still occupied, and if their intention was to see if I had left, a phone call would have sufficed. Devrim at the front desk was lovely and sweet, but my overall stay, aside from being very happy with the concept and decoration, was uncomfortable and marked by inconveniences that make it seem as if they are still working their new business kinks out, but definitely full of potential to be an excellent choice for women travelers.

While this property is strictly a women’s only hotel, beyond safety this hotel doesn’t really cater to women. This hotel felt like it was very much designed by a man. That all to say it’s a fairly new hotel and so there is lots of time for improvement. The room we stayed in is a good size but the beds are small (twin size). The room had two large closets that are not really needed. I would prefer a slightly larger bed and one less closet. The room had an extremely small fridge that could not even store a standard sized carry out container. The room lacked a microwave, tv and safe. The room also had only one full length mirror which if this is a women’s hotel seems very strange because that’s something we need more of considering there were two of us in the room. But l think the biggest issue of all was that the room was HOT. I mean extremely hot all the time. We checked multiple times and the heater was off yet it was also very hot in our room. The bedding they use (not fully cotton) also made this so much worse as it would stick to you and trap the heat in. Overall clean hotel, nice staff, we felt very safe staying here as two female travelers but not really a women’s hotel just a women’s only hotel.

Nous savions que cet établissement fonctionnait comme résidence étudiante. C'était la 2ème fois que nous y séjournions, et je ne me suis jamais sentie aussi ridicule. C’est fini pour nous. ⛔️Quelques années plus tôt le lieux venait d’ouvrir mais aujourd’hui il n'y a toujours aucune rampe pour les valises ou accès pour les personnes en situation de handicap à l’entrée !! Ce qui devrait être punissable par la loi. Nous nous sommes donc retrouvés à l'entrée avec 5 valises, incapables de les soulever. Le personnel était planté devant en train de fumer et nous nous sommes regardés pendant de longues minutes évidemment, aucune aide ne nous a été proposée. De même, au moment du départ. Même si il y a que deux marches à l’entrée, elles sont anormalement très hautes. Une personne handicapée ne pourrait jamais jamais accéder à ce lieu. 💢Isolation phonique : tout au long du séjour nous avons été très importunés par le bruit de la chambre voisine. Nous avons compris que si nous n'avions pas été dérangés la 1ere fois, c'est simplement parce qu'il y avait peu de résidentes voir pas. à travers la salle de bain, on entend tout (alarmes etc). Le climatiseur fait énormément de bruit la nuit. Le lieu est vraiment propre, nous avons remarqué aucun changement entre le premier et le deuxième séjour. Je tiens le souligner, je ne veux pas causer du tort à l’établissement. Je ne dis vraiment que la vérité.
