The staff were friendly and the recreational facilities, such as the pool, were excellent, but there were issues with everything else. First of all, even though it was check-in time, we were told our room wasn’t ready and had to wait quite a while. The dormitory room was infested with mosquitoes, and to make matters worse, there were even bedbugs—it was a nightmare.
