Had a fantastic stay. The hotel staff was always very helpful. They did a load of laundry for us the same afternoon that we checked-in since we had to leave in the morning. They offered discounted parking at the Parking du Centre garage, a short walk to the hotel. The hotel location is about as good as it gets, the rooms were clean, the garden area was beautiful and a nice escape from the August heat. Our room's shutters and air conditioning functioned well to cool the room. The view of the amphitheater from our room was amazing.

The locati9n is excellent. Staff helpful to take me to car park in town. 5 mins walk and hilly. Jacuzzi had the best view ever. Good choice for continental breakfast. Near superb restaurants. Towels small for large people. Movenpick icecream, superb.

Had a wonderful stay.
The spa was fantastic
Great location
Staff was friendly and Yasmina was particularly helpful
Two recommendations:
They need more staff on the rooftop terrace at Sunset on the weekends. The one woman was overwhelmed and couldn’t keep up with the drink orders and bar maintenance.
It would have been nice to have hair conditioner in the spa.
In Nespresso machine in the bedroom would also have been nice But I don’t think this is a custom in French hotels.

Room is what you would expect for a 3* hotel. The staff however were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had an excellent view of the arena from our room. Exactly what we needed for our time in Arles

Perfect location between Roman amphitheater and theatre. Lovely bar to watch the sunset over these antiquities. the spa is a bit of a disappointment except for the view out to the amphitheater. The staff was a bit brusque but they may have been overwhelmed in tourist season.

This is a very lovely hotel that is really close to the center of town. The garden is very relaxing and they have a spa to spend some time in. The spa has a view of the arena, which is a bonus! Make sure to book a time for the spa since it is small and they limit the number of guests. There is a bar on the roof with views of the city and when there is a concert at the theater you can catch a few songs before they close the bar done at 10pm.

Friendly and helpful staff
This was a bit pricier than most hotels on our bike tour of Provence but worth the extra dollars. The breakfast was wonderful, with lots of fresh fruit, and in a lovely garden. We also appreciated the bike route advice offered by the front desk staff.

Really lovely place with beautiful views of roman monuments. The only complication is that you cannot drive to the hotel as it is in the historic center - however follow the instructions you get in their email upon reservation - just for the drop off and pickup of luggage the very helpful hotel staff makes that possible! They also offer a great deal on city parking!

Perfect hotel to explore the sites
The hotel is in the middle of everything you need to see in the town. Beautiful location and amazing hotel. My wife and I stayed and explored the town walking to all sites from the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh fruit and breads and hot eggs and sausage. Room and bathroom were great

We loved the location of the hotel and the staff members were welcoming and helpful. The rooftop bar was lovely at sunset. (Try the locally-made gin, Bigourdan, in a G&T…really unique flavor!)
No on-site parking so, if you arrive by car, plan ahead and consolidate to a small bag to make the 7 minute walk from the parking garage to the hotel. Otherwise be prepared to pull your bags up the stairs and gentle slope of the streets to the hotel.
