Enjoyed the breakfast and professional staff -both breakfast staff and front desk. Had read some negative reviews, but came with an open mind. A/C worked well in our room. We were in room 210. Family of four, stayed 3 nights, would absolutely stay again!

The room was nice but the hotel is a bit old (like the city Rome). Carpets in general areas like stairs and corridors need changing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within 15-20 minutes of walking from city center. I won't mind staying there again. This was our 2nd visit to Rome in 2 years.

Clean, safe room. Staff was so helpful and polite. We had Fabio at check in he was awesome. Great location. We loved the pizza place next door for a quick bite and Fabio's recommendation for Lampada restaurant nearby.
