Although this is not the newest hotel, the staff was extremely helpful and the rooms were actually quite spacious. It was a really short and convenient walk to Ebisucho Station that took us everywhere. If you’re open to walking, it was actually only a 15 minute walk to the Dotonbori. It was key for location and was easy to walk back to after a late night in Osaka. I would stay here again!

This hotel was in a great location, the staff was pleasant and easy to deal with. The only thing I would have loved more was a stronger AC unit, it was struggling to keep up with the heat wave but once it got going it was normally cool.

The hotel was very comfortable. The staff members were very kind and very supportive with the questions. If you are planning to stay a couple of days in Osaka, this hotel is perfect.

Never recommend this place!!!
Only the lobby looks clean here. The hallway and room are covered with the smell of mold and cigarettes. Especially, the smell of mold in the bathroom was unbearable the whole time. When I saw the last day, the narrow gap next to the bathtub was full of mold. I'm sorry that I forgot the picture and couldn't take it. I never recommend this place

The location of the hotel was great, lots to do just on the street it was located on and easy to hop on the subway. Staff was very kind and there's lots of amenities provided. Cleanliness can use some improvement, the carpets are all stained and there's dust on the shelves. Price was good.

Downtown Osaka. Even though it’s near a station, it is a bit hard to get there… staff weren’t the most accomodating and the rooms were tiny. Really only recommend for super short stays because it was a struggle to stay there for 3-4 nights
