Took over 30 minutes to check in. When I assume the manager seen the giant line told the girl at the desk to call for help. The person she called could not check people in so he was useless. He couldn't even help a woman by telling her how much it would be to book a night! Room was clean, no body wash that was weird. When we went to leave to go out to dinner the elevator button was ripped off the wall and we had to walk down 5 storeys.
