The rooms are a bit old, but the hotel was great. The staff were super friendly and nice. Location wise it was great, the complimentary boat service was awesome. Yet they over-charged us (like a lot) for breakfast and that kinda a mess.

I found 1bug in the shower and notified the front desk & showed them the picture. They said they will notify the housekeeping. When I went back to my room hours later, I found 2 bugs. I spoke to the front desk manager and all he said was sorry. I will not stay there again. Very poor customer service.

Fantastic hotel.
Excellent hotel, friendly, helpful and attentive service. Room is big, bright and clean. Location is closed to river tour boat port. My room had amazing view of the river and city.

L'hotel è molto bello e curato, posizione comoda vicina al fiume. Bella piscina, bella palestra e spa. Non è proprio centralissimo ma ci si sposta facilmente a prezzi bassi. Il personale è gentile e disponibile.
