"Great experience at check in; very friendly & my room was ready early! Hotel is has a beautiful courtyard & restaurant! My room was about small; I had 3 pieces of luggage & no where to put them so I had to store them in the bathroom. When I checked out the person at the desk refused to acknowledge me; I put my keys on the desk and they mumbled something; I said “Excuse me, I did not hear you”; they replied “Nothing”. It was rude, weird and very unprofessional. That really is not what a guest needs as the last impression of your hotel. "
