Wonderful staff and excellent location
We have stayed here multiple times, and will continue to choose this hotel for our trips back to our hometown. The staff is attentive and friendly—most notably Jonas, who is such a lovely host we now consider him a friend. Perfectly located at the start of Mount Pleasant and just a quick trip to downtown Charleston or the beaches.

musty smelling lobby and rooms
Hotel lobby had a strong musty moldy smell. Room on second floor also had a musty smell. Found one half dead roach the first morning. One positive was the included breakfast which was actually pretty decent.
