6/10 Good

There was a lack of communication amongst the front desk and management. My requests weren't noted or communicated to each other, having to explain myself to everyone each time. Very much giving you the run around. Which was completely unprofessional. The hotel itself and design is nice, altho inconsistent from room to room. Amenities were randomly missing from multiple rooms within our large group.

Perfect for girls weekend!
Very trendy, modern hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms well decorated. The pool gets overcrowded, so I wish they didn’t allow non-hotel guests to enter. The drinks and food we had by the pool was pricey but delicious. We stayed 2 nights and no one every came and cleaned our room. Overall it was a great hotel for a girls weekend, but being in our mid thirties I think we may be about to age out of their target demographic.

Incredible location, great pool and pool-side bar. Front desk was accommodating, but rooms were drab, dark, and poorly decorated. Significantly overpriced for quality of rooms, but it's a newer hotel and the price is likely tied to the incredible location. 6.5/10

Girls trip
Damien at the desk really helped make our stay! The pool was too small. We did use it, but the music was terrible. Why wouldn’t you have better music at a boutique hotel? We would have spent more time at the pool and bought drinks, but between how small the pool area was and terrible music we chose to spend time other places.
