What a wonderful place very pleased with the staff and the facilities. Tess is a wonderful woman that works there I would highly recommend her to anyone she has a great deal of knowledge and is a very loving and caring person concerning her guests. i checked in early, and was lucky enough to have an available room in the uppermost floor, with a cityview ( overlooking the roofof the nearby mall) Unfortunately was close to the exhaust machine in the rooftop, and the noise it made was heard in the room. the staff readily transferred me to the next avilable room, where i discovered a fully functional TV.

Wonderful stay at Shangri-La Edsa

Very nice hotel. Tower room was really nice, quiet, and clean. The bed was wonderful. The 90-min massage at Chi Spa was wonderful and relaxing. Breakfast buffet was somewhat hectic and crowded but lots of variety for everyone’s taste. Received a late checkout so. I was able to extend my use of the hotel facilities. The health spa is also very nice.
