The staff were somewhat rude and not helpful. The noises from the restaurant dis not let is sleep. All through till about 4am. Receptionnstagg where not helpful despite complaining suggesting we should wait 2 days before a room change. Thisis the worst 5star hotel ever. The rooms are small do not be deceived by the pictures.

I have booked a family room months ago. When I arrive with my family they said they dont have space and is full booked up. I cant understand how that is even possible when i have booked and payed everything months ago. They moved us to another hotel - staff cant even speak clear english. Stupid staff and not 5 star service. I cant recommend this hotel to anyone. Please safe your money and use to stay somewhere else. Breakfast is not like 5 star - nothing good to say about this place.

Very unprofessional staff . We booked the room with the hammam and paid the full price just so they can tell us that they over booked and the room is not available. The rooms are small the windows are old so you hear all the noise from the street the style and the design is horrible . They are trying to renovate the place the building is full of workers , renovating here and there what makes all the hotel super dirty .Average Rooms have no cabinet for clothes, so small there is no place to even put your luggage on the floor . The whole thing is a ripoff shall be maximum 3 star but more like a 2 star hotel with 15-18 sqm rooms . I dont recommend it take any other hotel for the same price .
