"Breakfast was amazing! Staff was super friendly and accommodating! Only thing I would have liked was to have been able to get into my room a little sooner the morning I arrived, but I understand based on check out time that was not possible. They did a great job holding my suitcase and allowing me access to a bathroom to freshen up before my meetings for the day. Thanks Riu Westminster - I would recommend to anyone traveling to London."

"Great location, everything is brand new. It’s reasonable value for money. Very minimalist, but great communal spaces and atmosphere. There is no tea/coffee in the room, no hairdryer and no lotion, which would have been great to know in advance. My only bugbear was that they never cleaned my room. Another guest had the same problem. I was only staying for a few nights and I never had the chance to talk to them about it."
