The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. The room was disgusting. Rust everywhere (lamp, toilet holder, etc.), the bathtub was so dirty we had to use flip flops to shower, and someone tried to open our door in the middle of the night.

Mattress in poor condition, exterior cleaning in poor condition, air conditioning makes a lot of noise, cars and motorcycles in the parking lot making noise until late, the sound of motorcycles and trucks passing by on the highway could be heard, no soundproofing

Its pictures online aren’t even for what they offer it’s a hookup spot for prostitution and quickness. Its dirty pool was half full nothing about it was accessible no mini fridge no up to date streaming channels. Door hard to close and not even a top sheet on bed. Despicable to say the least absurd to even think it’s suitable

Well the hotel is great the guests are terrible dragging chairs, slamming doors all night, banging on walls,furniture in the rooms talking outside in front the rooms loud multiple groups hanging outside very chatty other then that I’m glad I had somewhere to rest while I’m going through a crisis I wish I didn’t have to pay all the extra fees always and I could’ve had more discounts like free rooms from all the booking I did but I love the staff here and the hotel very convenient thanks grand hotel for my stays!.

Not happy
Was not the most pleasant day I booked it for five days. Their first issue was I believe they charged me an extra SERVICE fee of $101 and on top of that it took 100 deposit and they kept my deposit saying that I took some towers which I didn’t. I brought my own towers. It’s not true. I had a double I asked for a king no refrigerator no stove no microwave. They told me that the location for the refrigerators and the microwave’s I have to get a pool view for so I was not informed about that so I was not the most pleasant.
