Our room was clean and this location was central to everything we wanted to do in Chicago. The staff was friendly and helpful and made check in and check out a breeze. I felt very safe coming in and out and all hours of the day and night. We did have the option for housekeeping every two days which was also amazing. The free coffee in the lobby was great and they do offer food a la carte and have a restaurant and bar on site. Next time I'm in Chicago, I would love to stay here again.

Very friendly staff and great location with everything needed for our trip right around the corner. The lobby is really cool, and has a nice big bar, pool table, mini market, and tons of spots to lounge. They even had a DJ on Saturday night which was a cool vibe. Hotel is cute and is in a great location. However, the rooms and bathrooms could use some updates/add ons. For example, I was in a double queen - would have been nice to have double sinks in the bathroom. A shelf or cubbie hole in the shower to hold necessities would be useful, As well as more hooks to hang towels, robes, etc.
