Fortunate to find this hotel. A smaller boutique hotel with 20+ rooms, great location, rooms are nicely designed, well maintained. Though breakfast offers a smaller selection, all ingredients are of good quality and are enough. Best of all is the outstanding frontdesk staff Tu Anh who attends meticulously to all customer needs to make guests feel very warm at home, an ambience I won't get at large hotels even 5-star ones. Bach Suites will be my default choice the next time i visit HCM.

The staff were all lovely and the hotel is beautiful. Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are well appointed and the bed and bedding are extremely comfortable. The downside of this hotel is the noise level from outside. The sleeps were terrible. I thought the extreme noise from Vietnam beating Thailand in soccer was going to be an anomaly but the other two nights there was loud live music until midnight and I was suffering from jet lag and just wanted to sleep, but couldn’t. Even my AirPods hardly drowned out the noise. If you’re into partying stay here as the noise will dye down after midnight, but if you want a quiet good night’s sleep this is not the hotel for you.
