Apart from the people on the front desk who was very nice (Hong Thang very helpful) I found the staff at the afternoon tea very unfriendly ..Also the staff at the pool bar also very unfriendly and really didn’t want to be serving people…All you could here was his iPhone playing poker while laying by the pool…Also went to the bar at 9.50pm and it was closed when should be open till 10pm..They had to reopen it which they wasn’t happy about…Our floor was on the 8th and there was such a horrible smell along the corridor…The welcome drink never happened…I had a voucher to use up to 1000 VND but that only included 2 drinks which you still had to add another 75 VND …Also 2 people check in and only 1 voucher…very unhappy with my experience at this hotel

the hotel looks very nice online but the lobby was a little let down but the services make up for it. the rooms are clean which is important and the location is just behind Caravel and Grand Hyatt which is good and walking distance to the riverside too.
