1st. Silverland and Expedia. Should have stated the hotel is under going renovations. 2nd. Rooms have become so old and smelly. 3rd. Breakfast was almost nothing. Compare to pre COVID when I last stayed 4th. Entrance to hotel is from behind as front is closed off. No signage to inform that we noticed

During my stay on the 13/5/2022 i sprained my nee as i couldn't walk on my own. The next morning i call the hotel for room service unfortunately Mr Huu reply to me that it is temporary suspended all F&B services. Mr Huu than brought me breakfast and lunch pack everyday without fail he also help me to buy first kit and medcine without hesitation this is Why SLIVERLAND group hotel was awarded Service Excellency for many years. Mr Huu really push his duty to the EXTREME. I really appriciate him. In the year 2016 during my stay at Grand Sliverland i accidentally left my new Samsung J7 inside the Vinasan taxi Duty Manager manage to trace the driver and brought back my phone within 30 minutes i was very grateful to him and his team. I be back to stay with them at again my next trip.
