Overall a good place. Bathroom floor (the material as they are not tiles) carries some odd smell... but thankfully they kept a refreshing spray which I was using daily.

6/10 Good

I like that the property was close to train stations and across the street there was a convenience store and eating place. I didn't like the bed mattress! Very hard and uncomfortable!
Kyra, 7-night trip

10 min walk to Tokyo Station. Although small room but clean. Window sealing is good so nearly not aware of the traffic noise outside. Front desk is very friendly. Very good budget solution for my next Tokyo trip.

I would return. The property provides all that one needs for a pleasurable stay. The immediate area does not have much of interest, but it's only a short walk to Kanda and Tokyo Station area.

2/10 Poor

Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve been to in Tokyo. We were given a room that smells like urine. Asked to switch and the second room smelled even worse. The location is great but the rooms are disgusting.

8/10 Very good

Pros: - Few minutes to Kanda station on Yamonote line and about 15 mins walking to Tokyo station - Room was small as expected but well appointed. - Bathroom was small and took a little getting used to (we 6'2 and 5'8 on the heavier side) , but nice nonetheless. - The double bed was spacious enough to sleep comfortably. Pillows are small but they provided extra pillows upon request - Breakfast buffet for ¥1500 pp was nice, but there is a nicer western breakfast option just a short walk away Cons: - The neighborhood was very local (nit a bad thing) but there wasn't many good food places close by. There were dozens (if not hundreds) of drinking places around but they do not have meal options that are filling or tasty. - Front desk staff spoke very limited English but were very helpful

Cute gem for train enthusiasts!
This is a delightful hotel, especially if you like watching the trains from Tokyo Station. Our window looked directly into the tracks, so it was fun to watch the bullet trains and the local trains coming and going! It was very clean and the staff were kind and spoke English. My only complaint would be the mattress. It was like a rock, which if I understand correctly, is very typical of mattresses in this part of the world. Everything else was absolutely wonderful. It's also super quiet and sound proofed, so you don't need to worry about hearing the trains.

8/10 Very good

Overall, the hotel/room/service was great but one minor point is that it still had the old style AC control so basically you can only control the strength (weak, medium, strong) and not the temperature. Hence, the room was constantly too warm/hot for my preference, but apart from that, everything was fine!

6/10 Good

This hotel/ inn was good but was for from main Tokyo station the time I was booking, said 7 minutes far. But once I arrived to Tokyo station, to here specifically the first day of my trip from Narita airport, I was so tired but about 20 or more Minutes I walked with my baggage. There was kanda station some times 8 minutes sometimes 9mins. But was inconvenience. About the staff they were ok not too nice and not too bad. Because of language barrier they are not able to help at proper level. About Breakfast, Every Day same menus. For me because not eating pork , every morning had same meal which was egg lol. I recommend not to book breakfast. Room and facilities was fine 4 stars.
Geeti, 5-night trip

8/10 Very good

All the staff are friendly and helpful. They kept our luggage in the backroom instead of having us use the self serve lockers because we needed the luggage to be kept for over a day. The breakfast is average. It's not as varied as other business hotels we've stayed in. I wish there were more choices for breakfast. Our corner room was very spacious and was the main reason I booked this hotel as opposed to Keio Yaesu that I've stayed before. Otamachi's room and bed were much larger. The only complaint about the room was that the tub drainage was not clean. There's quite a bit of gunk build up and smelled a bit. I had to pour boiling water into the drain to get rid of the smell.
