All’Angelo Art Hotel

All’Angelo Art Hotel

8/10 Good
"I enjoyed the location of the hotel, just of St Mark’s Square. However it was in an area where it was hard to get my luggage to/from the hotel. As a solo mature aged female I needed help with my luggage and because of the location of the hotel I had no other choices but to use a water taxi 80 Euro to hotel and a whopping 105 Euro return to Venice SL station. The latter was a real rip off by water taxi owners. However, it made things easy being in the centre of the activities, especially for visiting the Biennale locations. I thoroughly enjoyed all the Biennale & Co Lateral Biennale displays especially Homa Faber"

"This hotel is very well situated - just a short block from a water bus stop and an easy walk to San Marco square. The room we had was small but comfortable. The building is old so getting to and from the room was a little convoluted, but we figured it out. The breakfast was very nice. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. 3. Be flexible with dates: Prices may vary depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and time of year. Being flexible with your dates may help you save on your stay in Venice. For those seeking distinctive experiences, boutique hotels might provide a more personalised touch and occasionally offer better value. When you book with Hotels.com, we will indicate if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average and, if it appears higher, we may suggest alternative dates that could help you find a more appealing option.
  4. Consider your location: Remaining closer to key attractions or city centres can offer convenience but usually tends to come with higher costs. For more affordable rates, consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, balancing price with ease of access to the places you plan to visit. You might explore independent hotels further afield, which can provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
