Stayed at the just recently renovated Imperial and it was excellent. Hotel felt luxurious and chic. Rooms were spacious, hotel was quiet, and location was central, well connected, and overall excellent. Will absolutely stay here agin for my next trip to London.

The Imperial was fabulous . The location is excellent , the hotel is newly renovated abc the staff are so friendly . My only criticism is that the music played through the lobby and breakfast area is far too loud . There are speakers in the ceiling throughout and there was no where to find a quiet place. It’s super loud and not relaxing unfortunately.

This is a superb gem in the convenient location of Russell Square. Stayed here twice, first time to join friends in London, which was just after the renovation. Based upon the sublime attention to detail which oozed quality from the very first welcome by the staff, and the beauty of the renovation, I didn’t hesitate to book again to take my partner for her Birthday. The icing on the cake is the roof-top terrace bar, couldn’t think of a better place to enjoy a panoramic view over London in a very good atmosphere. Thanks Imperial, needless to say, I enjoyed your hotel very much so, and looking forward to joining you again

Vi syns vi fikk et lite rom, for 3, i forhold til prisen. Vi ble tilbudt nytt, litt større rom, som vi takket ja til. Veldig hyggelige personalet. Hotellet var veldig flott. God frokost med muserende! I helgen måtte vi vente lenge på egg vi bestilte. Nydelig takterrasse.
