Péssimo hotel.

Hotel muito ruim, tudo velho, o quarto estava imundo inclusive até cinza de cigarro tinha na mesa do quarto, além disso tive que brigar pq o pessoal não queria para de jogar sinuca e já eram mais de 22:00, e para finalizar o café e muito fraco.

Péssimo! Reservei um quarto com cama de casal pelo site e chegando lá, me deram cama de solteiro. O atendente nem deu muita atenção e simplesmente me mandou cancelar com a Hotéis.com, que até agora não cancelou esse desastre. Horrível!

A fuir !!

Je n'avais pas vu sur le descriptif que les chambres n'avaient pas de sanitaires privatifs..des chambres dignes d'un monastère.....mauvais surprise mais moins que l'environnement de l'hôtel qui est au coeur de lapa. Pas du tout adapté pour les touristes encore moins pour une femme seule qui ne parle pas portuguais....La porte de l'hotel est sur vidéosurveillance ainsi que tous les accès qui mènent à la rue, ça donne le ton ! Accès aux taxis pas vraiment facile, pas de resto... Hôtel sans intérêt, pour un prix équivalent, préférez l'hôtel Oyo pas loin....

Decepcionante

Cheguei ao hotel e a recepção e o quarto que havia reservado estavam sem energia elétrica. Porém, a recepcionista foi muito atenciosa e me ofereceu outro quarto. O quarto é bem simples, há apenas a cama, TV e um pequeno armário. No entanto, estava dentro do esperado: apenas para passar a noite. Por outro lado, no hotel, tudo é muito antigo. A maior decepção foi com os banheiros compartilhados. Todos muito sujos, além de NÃO ter água quente nos chuveiros (em pleno inverno) e os ralos estarem todos sem tampa. A localização, por ser no centro, é boa, uma vez que é próxima dos principais pontos comerciais da cidade. Porém, à noite, as ruas da região são todas com pouca iluminação. Sem condições de caminhar em segurança por lá. O café da manhã é bem básico, nada de especial. Não voltaria nem recomendaria o hotel a outras pessoas. Na região, há hotéis mais caros, mas que o custo benefício é maior.

Hotel em local ermo, local perigoso rodeado por moradores de rua. Banheiro minúsculo, não há possibilidade de tomar banho direito e nem usar o banheiro, desconforto total. O hotel não tem condições de receber a quantidade de hóspedes no salão de café da manhã. Tomamos nosso café da manhã em pé, em um cantinho por falta de lugares nas mesas para sentar. Isso foi inaceitável. Outros hóspedes também estavam tomando café da manhã em pé. Minha experiência com o hotel foi ruim, não recomendo a ninguém.
