Imboccando Strada del Gallinaio, sterrata, un po' sconnessa e parecchio polverosa non ci si aspetta di arrivare - dopo circa 1 km - in una oasi di verde e pace. Il complesso si presenta benissimo: molto bello, ben curato e in posizione molto bella. Ottima l'impressione al ricevimento, impressione confermata dalla buona qualità delle camere ampie, luminose e ben arredate. Molto buona la pulizia. Bella la piscina, appartata ed in mezzo ad un boschetto di lecci splendidi. Colazione eccellente e la signora Debora si merita un applauso.A voler essere pignolissimi e un po' tanto sofistici, un piccolissimo difetto c'è: la tenda in plastica della doccia dettaglio decisamente non all'altezza di tutto il resto. Insomma destinazione raccomandabile e rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono.

Really nice agritourismo near Monterrigioni castle, in the middle of a 40ha land with a nice swimming pool. We had a lovely diner with our 9y old daughter and the room was also quite big and clean. The only thing is that we had to pay an extra 30€ for our daughter’s bed despite having booked a bedroom for 2 adults and 1 child, and there was no indication that the price didn’t include the bed for the child...

The house is pretty. The rooms are pretty gross. I found 3 dead bees on the floor and the bed was what I can imagine a motel 6 would be like. Not for me!

Absolutely beautiful hotel and location. The staff (especially Roberto) were super friendly and we loved our stay. We would definitely go back. The hotel breakfast was AMAZING! The hotel went out of their way to accommodate my gluten free dietary requirements for breakfast. I was served a full tray of gluten free goodies every morning. This was a much different experience to friends of ours who were staying in another near by hotel. The food was very tasty too, my husband ordered the cheesecake for dessert on our first night and it was to die for. The pool could have been better, it was in much need of repair and was good 5 min walk away from the main building.

Borgio Gallinaio is a beautiful and quiet oasis. It has a great location with easy accees to many key sites in Tuscany. We had a wonderfully comfortable room. What a delight to wake up to the sounds of nature. The food was excellent!

Peaceful place, out in the country. Clean room and nice central areas. Restaurant for dinner was good, breakfast was also good (standard European continental type food). Only complaint was that the AC/heater/fan unit in the room was really noisy, which was not nice for sleeping. I would have opened the windows, but mosquitos made that impossible. You will need your own transportation to get here, and it is not very convenient if you want to dine out in the town. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, this is a great place for that.

Alles liebevoll, sowohl die Küche als auch das Personal. War super! Zwei Punkte jedoch: Die lange Auffahrt bestehend aus Schotter und Schlaglöchern war für unseren Oldtimer die Hölle!! Daher mussten wir auf die - kostenlosen - Fahräder die eine Katastrophe waren, umsteigen. Trotzdem würden wir immer wieder - dann mit einem anderem Auto - kommen! Grazie!

We came in a bit late one evening 8:45pm and they would not let us eat our meat and cheese we had brought with us in the courtyard. But also indicated the dining room was full so dinner was not an option. Seemed harmless to allow us to have our snack there.
