Excellent location and historic hotel. You do not stay here for the view from your hotel room but rather the prime location in the Loop and the historic building. Staff was lovely and helpful.

8/10 Very good

Room was a little worn out feeling. Small things. Peeling paint in bathroom. Sliding bathroom door that was near impossible to open and close. Wouldn’t stay on the track. Leaking refrigerator. Restaurant bar the Intermission was a joke. 1 guy waited tables, bussing tables and tending bar. Wait was long and food wasn’t good. Location fantastic for us. But for for the cost it just was ok.
