We had a wonderful stay at Space Apart hotel. Damian was very helpful when our room was ready early and helped my Mum up to the room with the luggage. As I had stepped out to grab somethings. Customer service was always very accommodating. The room was clean and I loved the heated towel/ mirrors. Hot shower. The location is great. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Very easy and efficient check-in. Conveniently located near Bayswater Underground station, a short few minutes' walk away. Also close to Hyde Park and walkable distance to a Sainsbury's and a M&S for delicious and fast meals so you don't always have to eat out. The flat has everything you need: nice, clean comfy bed, kitchenette, 2-in-1 washer-dryer, and a full bathroom. A great place to have a nice, quiet, comfortable stay.

However, the mattress was awful, probably the worst two nights of sleep I’ve had in years, would 100% stay here again provided the mattress was changed to a softer one.

Aside from a few damaged items in the apartment, this was the perfect space for me and my partner, we especially loved the kitchen. The TV wasn't useful for anything more than limited cable TV. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and close to lots of restaurants and cafes.
