6/10 Good

Nice located small hotel in a quiet street close to Victoria Station. Easy to get around to different sightseeing, shopping etc. by either train, bus or tube from the station. Very small room, but nice and clean. Breakfast was existing, but not a good experience and we decided to have breakfast out for some days.

Very helpful staff from checking in to checking out. Lovely clean room with kettle, coffee, hot chocolate, various teas and biscuits, as well as shower gels, soaps etc. Surprisingly quiet over night too considering the location. Well prepared continental breakfast with a good variety of plant based options.

We had a nice room at first, but the air conditioning unit was not working and the room was unbearably hot. We asked to be moved, and the only available room was quite a bit smaller and a bit cramped. But at least the temperature was good. We slept well. Breakfast was excellent -- one of the best. Good location, close to Victoria Station.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Great, safe and handy location all in a townhouse. The breakfast was so filling that I usually skipped lunch with everything on offer (very rare in londom). Staff esp front desk guy called Zia was very accommodating and warm. Air con worked well. My room was quite small though so it was just as well I was travelling solo..the only other issue was no charging ports beside the bed so that was inconvenient but no real issue. Truly I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Quaint boutique hotel close to Victoria Station in quiet residential area. Nice breakfast. Very cramped rooms and most importantly no elevator not noted in listing. Air conditioning also was non functioning for our entire stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very good. The stair case down to our room was very tight. Nowhere to put a suitcase other than on the floor. There were no towel bars in the bathroom.
