We've stayed at the Moxy for the past few years, and we've always had a friendly service, good food options, and comfortable beds. The accessibile family room is a great size but lacks an adequate amount of plug sockets, particularly near the bed. Also, our sink was blocked and they weren't able to resolve it. It definitely needs bigger maintenance.

Clean room, compact but enough room for 2. Would have liked more space for clothing, no draws, only a 5 space hanging rail.
Staff very chilled, friendly, maybe a little too nonchalant at times

Clean and amazing environment.
Great staff. Especially Adi & Jahnvi. Very attentive helpful and friendly. Welcomed with a complimentry drink which was very tasty indeed! Also another girl (didnt get her name, sorry) with curly hair who came to fix an issue in my room. She was able to resolve my issue which was great! Really enjoyed my stay here at moxy and especially first time staying. Will definitely be using moxy for more stays in the future!

Room was clean and had a lovely view. Breakfast was good, we enjoyed the free drinks voucher received. Bar and kitchen staff were very friendly only downside was the check-in process. I think some of the staff will benefit from more training in welcoming guests and attending to guests waiting.
