The staff are great! However, the hotel is lacking in some basics, especially considering the high price they charge. For example: no coffee in the room (although advertised), stains on sofa, no kleenex, no holder for toilet paper. Lighting in my room was wholly inadequate, I had to use my cell phone's flashlight to read something on the desk - this was during the day!

The breakfast menu al la carte was amazing!!! Great coffee , excellent service and facilities. Great location within the fort.
No tv in room but isn't needed. Rooms are large with a desk and sitting area. Bathroom beautiful with claw foot bath, spacious shower area. Pool area is lovely for a quick dip. Staff go above and beyond. Top pick for accomadation.

It is a wonderful hotel, with fantastic staff, clean and in a perfect location.
Gayan helped us on our arrival and breakfast time, he was so kind and made us feel really welcome.
Also, breakfast is absolutely super delicious with lots of Sri Lankan fruits and options and lovely coffee.

The fort printers was a fantastic place to stay, can't recommend it enough! The staff were lovely, the hotel and room were beyond my expectations from the pictures and the area in Galle Fort was so wonderful and walkable. This was a great place to do some day excursions from as well, we went to both Mirissa for whale watching, and Hikaduwa for a beach day.
