Our stay was great! It was a clean room, friendly staff, and the breakfast was good for being included. The studios are well appointed for longer stays and it was helpful that the window could actually open a bit. Would stay here again if we needed to be back in the area again!

6/10 Good

Asked to fix: shower valve in 237. Never done. Towels hooks, falling off the wall. TV in kitchen area, remote not working. Motor shades on bedroom window up and down reversed. My brother in 337 had same issues. Plus very rudely spoken to by desk clerk when he told her he need refill coffee packets. Response was take all you want from the breakfast area! Lastly, desk clerks prioritized snack area customers first and left us standing there waiting with their backs to us. At best, a Hampton inn!!!
