I stay in the Loop about 3-4 times per year, usually as part of a family trip. This was our first time at Hyatt Place. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Late dinner burgers at the bar were unexpectedly great, and the parmesan fries are craveable. The staff we encountered throughout our stay was exceptional. We were so impressed. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We were still talking about how much we enjoyed our stay days later. Hyatt Place will definitely be our first pick for future visits to Chicago.
