Not impressed
The room was very hot, no air in our room, maple bugs in our room, bar closes at 8 which is disappointing. All staff that were working were very nice. Bunch of staff were locked out 386 days when we asked reception they said they choice to be there. We were told aboutvit day of our stay. We talked to the workers and one has been there 20 years they want to lower ther pay. after new owners.

Location is very good and AIr Conditioning is great Staff are helpful but charging such a heavy damage deposit to an 82 year old is ridiculous. I know I get it back but it is out of line with the rest of industry. Poor advertising, people remember negatives.

The hotel is in an OK part of town, but it's not 'lovely'. This isn't in the hotel's control, and I'm not complaining ...just observing. The hotel is fine ...the area it's in ...'meh'

Getting a bit later check out was no problem. No extra charge. Only complaint was A/C not working that great. It could also use a little update in the building and rooms.

4/10 Fair
12 July 2024
We stayed in a pet friendly room and the carpets were wet upon arrival. It felt gross to walk around in socks or bare feet. When I told the staff and asked if there would be a discount on the room, they gave me a small gift bag with a bag of chips and a pepsi. Laughable! I almost wish they did nothing instead of handing me a dollar worth of junk food.
Otherwise, the kids liked the pool. The hotel is run down in areas, looking pretty old and needing renovation.
