This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at when I visit downtown Chicago (a few times a year). This time we brought our dog since the hotel is pet friendly. It was a good experience and they even gave us a dog goodie bag for our stay. The location is also convenient for downtown.

Enjoyed our short stay. Staff were helpful and super friendly. It was raining, left my umbrella in the car that was valet. When we made it back to our room, the umbrella was there. They also had umbrellas available at the front. Would highly recommend staying there. Food was amazing

My stay at this property was excellent, primarily due to the great condition of the room; it was clean and well-maintained. The staff was professional, welcoming, and particularly attentive, with the bar team standing out for their friendly service. I especially appreciated the high-quality coffee served on-site, which was a fantastic way to start each day. The location is also ideal, offering convenient access to both the vibrant downtown area and the beautiful shoreline. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, the combination of cleanliness, prime location, and a top-notch hospitality team makes this an easy place to recommend.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Stayed there for a conference and the staff was very kind. The price tag is on the higher side but it is well worth it if you can afford it. Quiet nights, good views of the city.
