Clean hotel, clean rooms and washrooms, polite, friendly professional staff, all amenities were onsite including shuttle service, restaurants, cafe, shops, dry cleaning and even walking distance to haram. Would definitely recommend it anytime.

The rooms were good and spacious but there were leakages in the bathroom and we had to change rooms,
Also thre was no co-ordination between the independent breakfast contractor and reception to know who were the customers eligible for breakfast. The quality of food was poor. Reception staff were very good and co-operative.

Da vi checkede ind bad jeg receptisten om at placere os et sted/etage, som var meget roligt og ikke støjende. Selv om at vi havde bestilt Deluxe værelse havde jeg ikke noget imod at få et normalt værelse, forudsat at det var et roligt sted/område.
Vi blev forsikret om at det var et roligt område. Det var det ikke. Efter et nat med meget støj, henvendte jeg mig til receptionisten (samme person) igen og vi flyttede vores ting til nye værelse. Den her gang forsikrede han igen at det var et roligt sted. Det blev til endnu et nat med støj og forstyrrende søvn.
I stedet for at placere os i en af de øverste etager placereede de os i et støjende område.
Alt i alt en meget dårlig håndtering.
Selve værelset var ok.

Great stay! Taxi to haram is like £2-£4. Plenty of cabs outside. They have a free shuttle service to haram that I never used. Great staff and friendly. Will definitely stay here again Insha Allah
Breakfast more catered to Arabs and food has no label. Needs simple labels in English so people know what it is. Hotel has a large masjid as well.

food in Restaurant doesn’t have labels. So you dont know what it is. Food (lunch/dinner) is decent as it’s a buffet as well. Breakfast is catered to mainly Arabs. There is a shuttle bus but they don’t show you where to catch it etc. bathroom quite small but overall good stay! Just need a taxi to haram and back.

أبدأ من التعامل عند الاستقبال ، حيث كان مثالي وراقي ، وإقامتي كانت جميلة ، ما ألاحظه فقط ضيق مساحة الغرف ، وعدم وجود أفياش كهرباء بعدد كاف مثلا لشحن الموبايل وأن تكون في مواقع بعيدة عن متناول الأطفال، حيث أنها موجودة بأسفل جدار الغرفة.
