My problem was my room, the AC didn’t work, the temperature would not drop below 75 degrees, I had to keep resetting the furnace and it would only get cool for about 15 minutes then go out again. My tv kept losing the signal, it wasn’t even storming. I was told I would get free breakfast for signing up for the Hyatt program but I was really charged for that amazing breakfast
