Incredible staff, but a few issues with room. No telephone in room to call for assistance, we needed an iron, robes, extra towels for baby, etc. and had to go downstairs - phone was never reinstalled during stay even though there was supposed to be one. Hot water availability very inconsistent throughout the day. Only one luggage rack in room and no space to put a large suitcase otherwise as room has awkward layout. Didn’t have a kettle at all in the hotel. Did not live up to expectations for star rating and price point.
