I stayed at this hotel for 8 days. During my Umrah trip in Makkah, and unfortunately, my experience was not good.
First, the reception staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly. The only exception was one staff member, who I believe was Sudanese guy, and he was respectful and kind. Aside from him, the service was disappointing.
We had booked a room for two people with two separate beds, but instead, we were given a room with four beds. When we requested to change the room, the hotel refused without giving a proper reason, which was frustrating.
The internet connection was extremely poor. Even mobile data with a SIM card barely worked inside the hotel, making it very difficult to stay connected.
In addition, the hotel’s location is not convenient when compared to its distance from the Haram.
I usually do not leave negative reviews, but based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others.
