Pros and Cons
The reception desk staff was wonderful, always cheerful and eager to help whether it was making restaurant recommendations and reservations, or giving directions to various museums, etc. The hotel location is great - opposite the Central Station and conveniently located. However, the buffet breakfast was merely average. One morning at 8:20 a.m. much of the food was depleted and was not replenished for half an hour. In addition, the new breakfast reservation system is not working for travelers. When a requested room cleaning was done, only the towels were changed.
