Zurich is expensive. This place was fine. Road a little loud. Entrance a bit rough but room was clean and communication good. Ok for a cheap hub to go out and explore from.

Kitchen lacked utensils. No shower curtain water went on the floor. Sink didn’t drain well. Cleanliness was poor gum on bathroom door. Front door didn’t lock on building. Smoke detector had no battery. TV didn’t work. Toilet seat was loose. Location was good. Wouldn’t take much to improve the facility.

Dirty rooms and very poor customer service. The photos on the website looked completely different from what we found in reality. The room was in bad condition, and several things were not working. The shower barely worked, and the sink faucet had little or no running water. The customer service was extremely rude. When we called to ask for help, they hung up on us instead of trying to solve the problem. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

Avoid - went to stay for 1 night, check in was online and a code sent which was fine. But as soon as I got there… WOW apartment 301 - up 3 stairs cases, with 2 kids under 4. No AC, and it was a spacious apartment split over to floors, 1 double bedroom at the door and 1 up a set of stairs, which the bathroom door opened up onto. There was a shower built into a wall next to an open hiding place that was used as storage. The cooking facilities, exposed wiring under the cabinets and a fridge that wasn't turned on or clean and when opened the smell was unbearable. So had no option but to leave within 3 hours of checking in and booking elsewhere. Fine for adults, but not for children… also the soundproof doors on the bottom floor as you walk in were strange. Such a shame as location is ideal. Tried to discuss with hotel via hotels app and just been ignored.

Overall, it was a decent place to stay, but there were definitely things that could use improvement. The floors, and especially the dishes, were not that clean. One pot even had a little water in it and it was starting to get moldy. It was nice to have a little kitchen to cook in, however, they have a very limited number of things for you to use. There were no spoons, and no salt or pepper. There were no curtains on the glass doors to the balcony, and the window was a little broken at the top so that it almost fell in on us when we opened it to get try to cool off the room. The shower completely quit working, just shut off mid-shower. Thankfully it was our last night there and not a huge deal. The bed was definitely not super soft. It's on a pretty busy street corner, so when the doors and windows are open to cool off the room, it's pretty loud, but with everything closed it's not bad.

Only booked this because it was close to an event I was attending and was happy at the price. I was surprised by all the in-room amenities because I want looking for that. A person staying longer would have benefited from the kitchen, dining table and ironing board. I was impressed by the large bathroom including a whirl pool bath tub.

TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY.

The “hotel” was terrible. When we got into the hotel there was water all over the floor. Afterwards the next morning, the ceiling was leaking all over the floor in front of the bathroom door. You can hear everyone coming in and out of the hotel as the door slams really loudly. There is a cigarette smell that comes from leaving your window open but if you close it there is no fan, ac, or ventilation in the room.

I stayed here for nearly a month. It was disgusting and I had to buy a lot of things myself. The only nice things I can say is that is it located on a train line and the housekeeper was friendly. I literally could not wait to leave this hell hole. - broken cabinet door leaning up against a wall - no hand soap, dish soap, or anything to clean dishes. Had to buy my own. -only one tall stainless steel pot, no pan or useful utensils so couldn’t cook. No spoon. -no shower curtain. had to move towels and toilet paper out of the room before every shower. Ended up buying one myself. -mold and mildew in bathroom made me lightheaded -smoking area just outside apt, people would stand in front of my cracked window and smoke at 4am. Expect to wake up to the smell of smoke -iron had melted fabric on it that transferred green fabric goo to my shirt when I tried to use it. Ruined my shirt. -desks and end tables are chipped and in rough condition - they said they couldn’t enter my apt while I was gone which is why they weren’t cleaning or re-upping supplies, but then they did it twice at the end of my trip. So why did I have to buy my own toilet paper for the first week? -randomly usually once per day the whole apartment smells horribly of feces. I think there’s a pipe issue somewhere. I could go on.

Had no power for our whole stay

Turned up after check in and the room hadn’t been cleaned. Power went out within our first few hours of being there, contacted the helpline multiple times and they said they’d send out an electrician. They never did! Spent the whole trip with no way to charge phones in our room and no lights!

This place was horrible: dirty and in poor condition. Cabinet door was broken, shower rod had duck tape on it, bathroom fixtures were attached to the wall with half the amount of screws so were barely hanging on and unusable, my bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, the heat was on in 95° weather and there was no fan, there were stains on the walls, the door to the building was unsecured, and the entryway and stairwells were filthy. It was not at all as it appeared in the Expedia pictures when we booked it and management never replied to my email. Avoid.

Poorly maintained Fan so broken and out of balance that it couldn’t be used Shower head hose broken and sprayed all over the bathroom Was advised routine maintenance was to occur during my stay, so I told them about these issues, but nothing happened Was advertised as daily maid service. In the bathroom the water doesn‘t drain away. The TV and the kettle don’t work. If you try to speak to the management, you‘ll kept on hold and nobody answers the phone. The area around the entrancy smells stinky. In the room there are many stains on the furniture. These appartements are horrible and not worth any penny.

The neighbourhood is really nice, easy to get on transport. What was a bit confusing when I got keycode when registered I thought it was the room code. I got an email the day before about mainfloor access code and didn’t know it was room code as well. So was a bit stressed when tried KeyCode and it didn’t work. Just randomly punched in main floor door code and it opened the room.
