"Absolutely loved our stay here. Great facilities- we used the fitness room which was excellent and drinks & dinner by the pool in the evening was lovely. The room was great - extremely comfortable with every amenity we could want. Loved the daily towel sculptures on the bed - those little personal touches really added to our whole experience. The hotel itself is a lovely building- quite a colonial feel- and very well maintained as well as a great location. The staff were awesome. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful- a real asset to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again."

The staff are extremely helpful and always smiling, a special shout out to Fon who was always so cheerful and ready to give tips on Chiang Rai, and to chat. The quality and choices of breakfast was superb. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough."
